Can I get digital photos on a disk?

Yes. Besides the various prints that are included in your packages, we will include the photos on a DVD data disk that are suitable for viewing on your computer or printing.

Do I have to order an album?

No you don't have to order an album but we do recommend it for the following reason. Kara and I do not have an album of photos from our wedding in 2001 and we miss it. There is something more intimate about the photos in print than watching them on a computer screen. If assembled correctly, the album becomes a story book on the day. It can be about 40 pages that easily take you through your special day with key reminders of what took place. It is easy for guests and family to quickly view your wedding day without having to sit through 500 photos on a disk. Photos just look better in print.

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes, we accept all major credit cards.

Do you attend the wedding rehearsal?

Yes, we do attend the rehearsal whenever possible. An exception might be when we have another photo shoot already scheduled. When we book your wedding date we also book your rehearsal date and we book all other photography jobs around these rescheduled dates. We have know photographers that show up only on the assigned wedding date and don't have a clue as to what is going on in way to timing, entrances, exits, order of ceremony, what have you. We want to be in the know. Every wedding is slightly different; some very different. We want to scope out ideal locations for portraits and best locations for ceremony shots so we are not guessing on the day of your wedding. We also like to meet the family, bridal party and wedding coordinator in advance so they know who WE are.

Do you offer a second shooter at the wedding?

Yes, all weddings automatically have two photographers without additional cost. We are a husband and wife photo studio who is passionate about weddings and love. Both Ric and Kara will shoot different perspectives of your wedding day.

Do you offer on-line proofs my guests can view?

Yes, we offer on-line proofing with direct access right from our website. If you so desire, the digital proofs site can be password protected so only your guests and family can access and view the photos. All photos are available for purchase by your guests with security credit card processing for either prints to be mailed, CD of images or for instant digital download.

How long will it take before I can view my wedding photos?

We post the photos on our on-line proofing site as soon as they are process back in our studio. We get the most important photos completed first within a few days. These are typically the formal family portraits, if you chose to have them taken at the wedding. Shortly after that we post the ceremony, then the reception and then any other groupings of photos we take. You don't have to wait for all the photos to be processed before they become available to view. You and your guests can be email a quick note when another batch of photos are available for viewing.

How Many Photos will I get?

Depending on the length of time we are at your wedding you can expect on average 400-600 photos. Weddings that run 8 hours and longer can expect 600 - 800 photos.

What are your payment requirements?

We need to pay 1/3 of the total contract price for our services with the balance due at least two weeks before the wedding date.

What if none of your wedding photo packages meet my needs?

Really, we don't expect our listed wedding packages to meet everyone's needs. In the years we have been offering wedding photography, no one select a wedding packaged exactly as listed on our website. Although you certainly can opt for any of our wedding packages, they are mostly to give you an idea of the types of offerings we can bring to you. You can mix and match, add and remove anything from any of the packages. We are here to serve you; not try to fit you into something we think you need.
