Everyone tries to plan the perfect proposal but with RicKara Photography’s help, I believe I succeeded! My girlfriend (now fiancée) Helen and I had planned a trip from New York to the wine country in California and I began searching for the perfect spot to propose. I reserved a private vineyard tour of Dutcher Crossing winery in Sonoma and eagerly searched the internet to find a local California photographer to capture the moment of the proposal. With my luck the first person that I spoke with was Ric from RicKara Photography and he accepted the task. Acting on a leap of faith with my internet search, I hoped that everything would turn out perfect. Upon arrival at the vineyard, we were notified that individuals (Ric and Kara) were there taking photos for food and wine magazine. This definitely worked to my advantage as my fiancée had a huge smile on her face the whole time in hopes of being captured in the magazine J Little did she know that Ric and Kara would be there to capture the exact moment of the proposal.

Helen and I would like to thank the two of you very much for making our engagement so memorable. The pictures came out absolutely perfect and you have provided us with memories for a lifetime!
